房子八月一日续租。现租客说整个租金市场下调,要求降房租。有没有遇到相同情况要求减租的网友?
大家怎么回复?降还是不降?降多少?
另外,房子是独立屋。看新闻降租的大多是公寓,不知独立屋行情怎么样?

失业率这么高,加上大量做短期的没了客源都把房子拿出来做长期,房租不降就怪了
另一方面政府以为疫情税收减少,要提高property tax补亏空。

好租客的话就让一年,明年再谈。如果一般租客,乘机会让其走人。
