房子八月一日续租。现租客说整个租金市场下调，要求降房租。有没有遇到相同情况要求减租的网友？
大家怎么回复？降还是不降？降多少？
另外，房子是独立屋。看新闻降租的大多是公寓，不知独立屋行情怎么样？

最多原价，否则让他走人，他能找到同类的房子你也能找到同类的租客

失业率这么高，加上大量做短期的没了客源都把房子拿出来做长期，房租不降就怪了
另一方面政府以为疫情税收减少，要提高property tax补亏空。

好租客的话就让一年，明年再谈。如果一般租客，乘机会让其走人。
