我看了, 下面这俩种情况不是很普通的情况吧:

2, 休息俩年后重新参加工作
就是大多数人还是只需要420到700个小时.
不知道理解的对不对? 'work force'翻译成什么比较好呢? 劳动力?劳工大众?

应该理解为从你第一次参加工作开始时间可以累积，910小时后可以申请EI，但中间的中断不能超过2年，否则重新计算时间。所以你累积的有效时间必须是910小时以上。

I do not think it can 累积. They require you to send Record of Employment (ROE) from your last employer. If it can 累积, you need all the ROE from all of your employer.
