我也正在烦这事，不过肯定不会买公寓，不喜欢天天和别人挤电梯，而且管理费和地税一样年年涨，很讨厌。何况现在richmond那么多公寓造起来，挨挨挤挤的几乎和上海一样了，明年天车就通了，现在正是高价，买下来可能就套牢了。

我上海的房子买的不要太远，到那“申”字当中一笔外面去了，就是图清静，等我老了再换去市中心方便的地方。
上海房子一梯一户的很多，我喜欢，这里没有。

Up to Mar 15th, 2008, the inventory of REBGV is growing up 25% compared with the same day last year, as for west van, the number is 47%. Also you should be aware that the sales is slow these days.
Just stay away from those house flippers.

其实，我就没喜欢过这里的公寓，简直有点像住旅馆。老的公寓一进大楼就闻到一股“打浴水”味道。晕！
所以我选择了TH。在上海，浦东的房子还是蛮好的！值铜钱啊！羡慕！
