房主要价更是离谱,都高于政府估价10%-20%开价?而且砍价10%以上人家根本不理睬的,买房还是难啊,看来价格跌还得继续等几年。看来买家还是斗不过房东的。

我说的就是总体啊,所有listing我都研究过啦,几乎全部高出政府估价,如果温哥华哪个能住人的低于政府估价,我就打算买的。

要看趋势,去年是高于要价抢OFFER, 现在至少砍5%,卖方经济还FOLLOW UP, 再过几个月就跟政府估价差不多了, 明年必然低于政府估价抛售

温西太贵,素里太远,有没有温东或本拿比的低于政府估价的房子.

我最近也在买房,平均报价在政府估价之上10%。
根据最后售价/报价的比例,基本可以估算现在成交价格在政府价格上下2-5%。
不知道大家对成交价格的期望值是多少?
