朋友買這個房子的時候覺得撿了一個大便宜，以前的屋主是台灣人，說是台灣的生意忙一年很少在這裡住，房子很好，主要是價格很公道，朋友很高興的搬進去，一段時間後朋友說這個房子有問題約了幾個朋友過去坐坐，我們都以為是結構上出了問題，XXXXXXXX的房子地基有問題的多哈，朋友說晚上的時候聽到房間外面有人走路的聲音，聽的很清楚，家裡的2個大人2個老人都說聽到了，我是個無神論者，仔細看了一下，他們房間外面是大理石的地面，我懷疑是晚上和白天的溫差造成的，這個房子很大有XXXX多尺是從一個XX多年的房子的基礎上翻蓋的，我覺得很可能是再鋪大理石的是很下面沒有處理好，朋友很堅決的說很明顯的是有人穿著鞋再外面走路的聲音，而且還說以前的那個台灣人根本就常住在溫哥華，之所以買這個房子就是這個房子有問題，幾個朋友爭論一個晚上，我還是堅持完全是物理現象，他們幾個一邊倒說是鬧鬼。改了幾個地方，保護朋友隱私

他們膽小一有聲音了誰也不敢出來看，而且有點人雲亦雲，鄰居說一起的台灣人晚上在房子裡面看到過不幹淨的東西，他們就更受不了，還好目前賣掉也有的賺
