FIX的贷款， 最好找BROKER问问， 一般会比你自己从银行能拿到的要低一些， 但要小心有没有什么不利的附加条件。

楼主拿到了，别忘了回来讲一下。

你能拿到的mortgage利率，和你跟银行间的关系紧密不紧密很有关系，好好谈，现在可以拿到接近4.0%的5年closing rate应该不难吧（至少比前一两个星期要容易）。
