近期金融市场波动大的两个诱因：美联储的刺激政策（美国经济复苏缓慢）和欧洲债务危机。
美国经济增长减慢但是会稳定增长的，主流的分析都预期2012有1.5%至2%的GDP增长。
其实最大的变数是欧洲，关于债务问题，争议最大的是如何解决，而不是要不要解决，可以期望为避免雷曼危机重演，欧洲到最后会拿出一个稳定市场的方案的，即使希腊有序的破产，对金融系统的冲击也会被控制到最小。
最坏的预期是如果北美受到波及，美联储就会有大的的动作来抗衡欧洲的负面影响。几天前美联储令市场失望，估计是一是对市场评估较为乐观，二是为了节省弹药。
综上所诉，本人对市场中期谨慎乐观。

这几天形势已渐明朗，德国终于为解决危机迈出重要一步。现在看来希腊有序的破产是可期的。
现在市场观望气氛浓重，有个别恐慌抛售，个人认为是买入的机会。欧洲形势进一步改善后，房市将恢复上涨。1。市场需求近期被压抑即将释放 2。市场恐慌盘，浮盘被消化 3。加元汇率降低，人民币购买力提高。4.QE3预期
