想问问这里的高人,你们有投资Real Estate Investment Trusts吗?比如,Canadian REIT和Dundee这样的,投资这类基金需要注意些什么?先谢谢啦

REIT挺好的,注意一下是哪方面的: comercial,residential, senior houses, etc.,看看yield,operational expense,cash flow,etc.

非常谢谢你,我看Diversified Commercial吧。等股市再走低一些可以进。Residential也比较好,尤其现在vacancy rate很低的情况下。Senior Houses会不会受政府资助计划影响?

Senior Houses是指专门经营Senior house公司,在Burnaby dear lake 附近就有很多,政府那种对管理公司有cap,收费不能超过一个level.当然收益比较固定.

有的REIT 表面上YIELD 超高,

仔细一看都是归还本金。
