可以洗澡。最好带睡袋。然后再有被子压上面。这样你走后，被子不用拆洗。

5:00 AM – Good Morning
5:30 – 7:00 AM – Sunrise Meditation Session
7:00 – 9:00 AM – Breakfast and Rest
9:00 – 12:00 PM – Morning Meditation Session
12:00 – 3:00 PM – Lunch and Rest
3:00 – 6:00 PM – Afternoon Meditation Session
6:00 – 8:00 PM – Diner and Rest

不一定要必须从第一天到最后一天，也可以去几天，一天也是可以的。
