Assuming your age and years of service in total is at least 85, then your pension would be un-reduced pension. When your years of service is less than 35 years, your un-reduced pension would be the average of your best 5-year salary x 2% x the # of years in service.

千万别！政府工工资低（你说的），加薪难（你可以问一下那里有几年没有加过工资了），升职慢（都排这队哪）。以前指望的job security现在也不复存在。最重要是，要是万一因为你想加薪而卷入了罢工，你就是同千千万万加西网民作对，被广大劳动人民所不耻了！
