偶已經說了，星島臆測死者死於李斯特菌是錯誤的。沒有人認定死者直接死因就是李斯特菌。

但是，VCH官員也同時指出：該死者身體裡有李斯特菌，死者食用過的食物帶有李斯特菌，該食物來自豐泰超市。
