你都說了, 是你沒有聽說過, 但不等於沒有. Speeding 造成的傷害不一定需要時速100 km/h.

Driving at 60 Km/hour is not speedy. When I was driving and seeing a police car, so I was slowing down to 60 km, but the police car passed me at 65.

I think we should not discuss what is speedy and teach the other ppl how to drive. The point is how you should drive in a way to protect yourself which might be more constructive.

Driving smart can minimize any disasters happened on you.

The point is that with good roadsenses, you are not only protecting yourself but also others. Driving smartly includes limiting your speed at the posted limit.

怎麼沒有人到ICBC和City Policy那裡查查由於故意找一輛在右道開的慢的車在高速公路上與它並排同速然後堵住後面那車造成的事故傷害,死亡和損失的例子列舉出來?

1) How to protect others? by blocking the lane with crawling speed while someone is taligating your butt?
2) Yes, up to you to keep in a speed within the limit, I am not trying to challenge you on this issue.

好象聽到過一輛車很氣憤地超過一輛右道慢行車，並比了中指，結果慢行車加速趕上去，搖下車窗對其連開4槍，然後逃逸。（但忘了是不是溫哥華的）
