I never heard there is a cleaner for spark plugs. If your car's spark plugs are worn, you should change them. They aren't that expensive, just buy them when CT goes onsale.
I am using NGK, which is recommended for most Japanese cars.
There are 3 cleaners I will use for my car:
1. Fuel injector cleaner like 一箭穿心 said. It can clean the deposit of fuel injectors and provide a better burn. However, if you regularly using a good gasoline like Chevron, then you probably won't need it.
2. Carbon deposit cleaner for engine interior. There is a brand called Kleen from GM (I think, I need to check my purcahse receipt), which require a little procedure to use. I share my experiences before, so you may want to do a search.
3. TB (throttle body cleaner). Normally, once a year (maybe longer if I am lazy...), I will clean the throttle body. It does help a lot on my car's idle and smoothness of acceleration.
