"Ottawa – The Honourable Beverley J. Oda, Minister of International Cooperation, and the Honourable Maxime Bernier, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced that Canada is contributing $1 million to support the emergency response of the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC) following the May 12 earthquake in China. 就算政府不MATCH，也不捐红十字，因为加拿大红十字已经明确表示不会把100％用于四川，会挪到缅甸等别的地方。

偶预感此次募捐将会是历史高位，被挪用的机会可能性很大，尤其是对中国政府有仇节的加拿大政府。
