那得多村的人啊。外國銀從來都可以在中國銀行開戶，俺知道的20多年前是可以的。

我那時候公司裡一堆香港人台灣人，還有美國籍的華人老外，他們都有部分工資在國內發。有工作證的都有權開銀行賬號。
