V686521 (3919 W Broadway) is a great house on a great street. 79′ street frontage, 5600 sf lot, winter view (mountain, maybe water). It’s on that fabulous block of W Broadway where it starts climing the hill, curves around and becomes 8th Ave. Lined with mature Sycamores which make the street look good year round.
Other houses on the street are mostly form the 30s, well built, well maintained. This one had 3 beds, looks like its in decent shape, but needs plenty of updates.
Assessed July 2007 for $1,330,000 (as per M’s research)
Listed Jan 27, 2008, $1,399,000 (as I recall)

You can drive by this place and see that its a great lot on a great street. The perfect place to build a trophy house since its a square lot (not long and narrow). Took 6 mos to sell. Sold at 21% below assessed.
