父母移民到温哥华，住了快一年后想回国住半年到一年再来，不知道是否

可以暂时cancel掉医疗卡？我上Medical Insurance的网站看了一下，好像不可以。他们说： If you leave B.C. you will continue to be billed for premiums, unless you notify MSP that you are moving away permanently and no longer require coverage. 所以想请教一下大家，谢谢先!

不能取消，除非你不打算回来

可以，但没必要，如果是低收入免月费的话

这个主要看你在一个calender year里面有没有住满6个月，如果你在1月1日到12月31日之间离开bc省超过6个月，不cancel也自动失效。所以如果回去时间很短就不用取消，如果时间长必须通知省政府。
