在加航的网页买了机票, 加航需要我提供passport no., 是必须要提供的吗? 如果我最终都不提供passport no., 加航会否拒绝我登机?

楼主是在加航网站上做check-in吗？只有在check-in 的时候才需要提供passport no. 吧。

Air Canada (as with all other airlines) is required to adhere to the Advance Passenger Information System (APIS), which requires the collection of specific information from every passenger travelling to Canada, to/from the U.S. and other countries. This information is required for the purposes of ensuring aviation safety and security.

不明白提供API对楼主有什么为难的？空中飞人？

根据本人所知，目前所有国际航空在办理托运手续时工作人员需要将客人的API正确输入电脑。如果有误是会被警告甚至罚款的。楼主就不要费尽心机了。
