看中一套房子，已经下了OFFER,最后买卖双方的差价大约5000左右，买家不肯再加价，卖方也不肯降价。现在offer不成，如果后面没有其他OFFER,经纪会再联系这个买家吗？

卖方应该还是会联系楼主的，如果他们近期没有其他offer的话。

另外，这位卖方经纪不肯让经纪费说明他对卖出这个房子很有信心。该房的性价比应该是不错的。

1.经纪都是受过训练的negotiator。买方直接找卖方经纪谈让出 commission，必定处于劣势（非专业人士vs专业人士），尤其是那些大牌listing agent，不肯让的。不如找个买方经纪代表你去和卖方谈价（专业人士vs非专业人士），他（她）根据自己的经验、掌握的信息和市场动态，有理有据地帮你还价，为你节省更多。
2.经纪挣的commission也就是几千块（和另一方经纪分成以后），扣去公司收取的费用、责任保险费、汽油费、牌照费、电话费、税收等七七八八的费用，即使给你让，又能让多少呢？

i think this realtor is really cheap. My aunt just sold a house. When she was asking for few thousand $$ more, and the buyer didn't want to pay more, the buyer realtor told my aunt immediately that he would give my aunt $3000 and my aunt's realtor said she would give my aunt $1000 if my aunt sold the house at the buyer's price. My aunt's realtor also says that she will give my aunt $3500 if my aunt buys a house through her.

Do what Garygao said, find a buyer realtor to share half of the seller realtor's commission. i believe the seller realtor will lose more than $5000

Do you know that when the deals are really close, or the deals are double ended, Sellers always scale back the listing realtor's commission.
