I have the Bell unlimited mobile browser addon and it's pretty much everything (except for tethering). Any website, not only wap websites. I even use the slingplayer mobile to connect to my slingbox at home.
They're both for any website.
Not just specific ones.
For Rogers, you can only use phones sold by Rogers, otherwise you will use pay-per-use prices. For Bell' it's given obviously since you can only use Bell phones.
I have the $7 unlimited on-device mobile browsing, and I can tell you what's covered:
- using the included mobile web browser to access any website (so you can access the mobile version of Facebook and do updates, but don't expect to upload pictures and such - although you have to use picture SMS for that anyway).
What's NOT included is using the internet with third-party applications (e.g. email, google maps, etc.) and tethering.
However I got a notice in one of my last bills that as of August 10, the plan will increase to $10 and WILL include third party applications, meaning you can use things like Google Apps with the unlimited data plan.
I believe tethering is still NOT covered after August 10.
