对呀，我也感觉是好象那边华人很少，，，不过我看那边是新的区，而且生活也挺方便，因为离WILLOWBROOK MALL很近

1.more caucasian.but a lot korean, some chinese too.few east indian and black people.

2.very clean,quiet and beautiful

3.school is soso.but you can find some extra class in vancouver,surrey.richmond on the weeked. still good deal than pay big money to a old,dirty house in high price area,if you work here or do not care to drive

2 month ago there is a article about clayton height and said it is best place to live in bc.some houses near 197st&73ave are very pertty,mordern,and big.aroud$850.000

near 192st&68ave there are a lot of coach houses around $580.000

cheap one here around $450.000 but is old house
