I've read the article on the new mini type S on this months issue and how it has been upgraded with a bunch of high end parts, but the only fallback to those upgrades is that it only delivers a "claimed" 171 bhp. Come on! Spend a little extra and you rather get a GTI with a respectable 200 bhp as for turbocharged cars go. Its disapointing to see so much go so little. 11psi, 10.5:1, and Direct injection just for something so unispiring. They should of just extended the chasis and made it a wagon.
