Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1.Be part of a technical team responsible for the infrastructure of a complex real-time collection and web services ba<x>sed solution (configuration of servers, networks and 3rd party apps.).
2.Work alongside the development teams to ensure the solution meets the requirements of operational standards (deployment and configuration, alerting, upgrading, management).
3.Configuring and, where necessary, develop solutions on third party software to meet the same operation standards.
4.Define and validate the releases from different development teams to provide consistent integration into operations.
5.To gain a technical understanding of the underlying infrastructure and present this to other teams.

Qualifications Education and required Skills::

1.Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or related with at least 2 years' experience as a system administrator.
2.Good communication skills in English language
3.Can demonstrate the technical skills required to deploy, maintain and monitor a large server farm infrastructure.
4.Experienced in administering MS Windows at an enterprise level and automating its operation.
5.Able to document and record technical information as reference material for global teams.
6.Knowledge of deploying IBM products such as Websphere or Tivoli are an advantage
7.Practical knowledge of s<x>cripting.
8.Experience in networking, especially TCP/IP are beneficial
9.Can solve problems using whatever resources are available - web, product manuals, vendor or internal teams globally.
