Where: Renfrew Park (map) and Slocan Park (map) in East Vancouver
Event Details
•At 4pm is Harvest Fair at Slocan Park. Enjoy great food, music, art and more as the Moon Festival kicks off!
•Then at 7:00pm is the Lantern Parade. Dubbed the Twilight (no relation to the movie, sorry ladies) Lantern Parade. The parade will go along Renfrew Ravine (located in Slocan Park) to Renfrew Park.
•From 7:30 – 8:30pm check out the lantern and performances at Renfrew Park. Take a look at the awesome lanterns, art, whilst listening to music and sipping on tea. Of course the best part is moon cakes! Mmmm...
•At 8:30pm is the fireworks finale at Renfrew Park. Not just fireworks, there will also be live music, stilt walkers, fire demonstrations and dance!
