明天如果天气晴好， 我计划走的hiking trail：拟早上8点准时从lynn valley park 出发， 经Norvan Falls到达Grouse mountain。诸hiking爱好者如有兴趣可参看 www.trailpeak.com/inde...il&val=479

因为不是loop trail, 所以最好选择乘坐公交车。参看如下translink网页获得相关公车班次及时间信息， 或致电604-953-3333查询。 tripplanning.translink...ipPlanning

另附去lynn valley 开车或乘坐公交的两种方式:


By Car
From Highway 1 (Trans-Canada) take the Lynn Valley Road exit.

Turn right onto Lynn Valley Road.
From Lynn Valley Road turn right onto Peters Road.
The Lynn Canyon Park entrance is at the end of Peters Road.



By Public Transit
From Vancouver, take the Sea Bus to Lonsdale Quay.
From the Lonsdale Quay bus loop take the #228 or the #229 bus. The #228 stops along Lynn Valley Road. The #229 stops at the corner of Peters Road and Duval Road, a 2 minute walk from the park entrance.
Alternatively, if you are coming over the Second Narrows Bridge from Vancouver, take the #229

从Grouse Mountain 返回的两种方式：

Grouse Mountain is an easy 15 minute drive from downtown Vancouver, located in the city of North Vancouver.

Directions: Follow Georgia Street through Stanley Park and across the Lion's Gate Bridge. Take the North Vancouver exit to Marine Drive, then left up Capilano Road for 5 km (3.1 miles).

Or, from the Ironworkers' Memorial Second Narrows Bridge, follow Highway #1 westbound to Capilano Road Exit North.

The public transit system offers regular service to the base of Grouse Mountain every half hour. Catch Bus 232 from Phibbs Exchange or Bus 236 from Lonsdale Quay. For more details, visit the Translink website.

此次hiking纯属个人行为，愿结识更多hiking的朋友， 集合地点可跟贴商议。 当前天黑时间估计在6时半左右，此hiking长度约为9-10个小时，所以早上8 点将准时出发。

附注：自备足够的水，食物和替换衣袜（山上应仍有积雪）。

That is true. No bridge. Right now that is a big problem for you guys to cross the creek. Good luck!

早晨seabus离开waterfront at 7:15 am, 公车228 离开北温lansdale总站 at 7；32 am. 由于是星期六， seabus 和228 都是半小时一班， 所以， 228 北温seabus的总站可能是集合的最佳地点。

我走过反方向的，从grouse grind -->Lynn Valley.

从 Grown 山脚到 Hannes Valley之间的 Rock scree 山坡较陡，是由许多小石头组成，小心脚滑而且要和前面和后面的人保持大点的距离，因为那些如人头大小的岩石会随时滚落。

那位游客说的是， 现在各处小溪水位高，不易通过。 要格外小心。
