This is not true.

This area is so-so, close to the skytrain and shopping mall. Walley is not the worst place comparing with metrotown. In surrey, marijuana is a problem but there is not quite often such a thing like robbing of and stabbing, as we knew happend in Metrotown.

If your friend wants to buy it, be sure to get the higher layer-north or east facing, because you actually buy the view. The price in Surrey is such a hike now, but compared to Vancouver, still has potential.

Agree with you. Whalley is the worst district in Surrey, but not the worst one in Great Vancouver.

PLAN B one bed room的不好 卧室没有窗的

PLAN D 的户型比较怪 卧室锐角的 很难布置

另外：2bedroom的都是两卫的占用了宝贵的空间还有厨房都是敞开式的
