俺理解此处是指如果过了grace period 后还有余款未付 （carry a balance) 的利息计算方法。Fund advance 和 balance transfer 则没有 grace period.

好像几乎所有信用卡都是这样，如果有余额没有付清就没有grace period。这就是为什么搞到balance transfer promotion后要停用此卡。

WHAT?

My experience, the interest always charges if you use the cheque their issued to you to pay another bill; and any cash advance.

You shouldn't pay any interest for the rugular transactions. Don't worry.
