en, 他的声线总给人阅尽沧桑的感觉， 我第一次听到"Have I told you lately" 是在ESPN 体育台中的一个车展节目中，当时就被深深的抓住了，由于不知道名字，所以在以后寻寻觅觅中一直不得其所。
在一次偶然的机会中试听了他的专辑"if we fall in love tonight",霍然间那似曾相识的旋律响起，如同见到久违的老友，更似梦见天籁中那个她迷人的微笑,把我紧紧得包围在其中，I just felt that I was thinking... sinking... deeply sinking...

昨天刚买了Rod Stewart的DVD(One night only-live at royal albert hall),几乎周日的整个下午都在Rod Stewart的歌声陪伴下度过.此DVD录制的节目非常的精彩,(咳,说的象广告似的)包括了许多Rod Stewart演唱的经典曲目,例如:Reason to believe, stay with me, Rhythm of my heart等, 当然更不能少了那首经典中的经典: Sailing. 现场的气氛热烈, 出场的小妞们也一个赛一个的漂亮.
印象中, 好象英国的流行音乐比美国的更能让我喜欢. 前不久看到一段报道, 说在英国的所有出口创汇产品中, 音乐居然排在了创汇额的第二位. 毫无疑问, Rod Stewart与Elton John, Mark Knopfler等人已经成了英国人心目中的英雄.
