I'd like to assemble a new desktop budget about $700.

It is not going to be a game machine, but may play 3D game sometimes. I'd like to have a fast, reliable machine. Some configuration, I'd like to have including:

1 SSD for fast start up
i5 CPU, so it will be OK to use another 5 years.

Matrix, Web Driver, 蓝辣椒 please help.
