lz should just collect rent and shut up. keep your heads low. too many bears will eat you alive. enjoy the view and see how this market plays out in 2013.
you don't have to buy or sell, but you do have to pay mortgage or rent every month. we all pay one way or the other. numbers work either way, depends how you want to look at it. glass half full/half empty... watch the market closely, and take action accordingly.
