Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Technical Consultant (TC) who will
work as a
member of our Consulting team to implement CRM solutions for our
customers.
This position is geared to someone who already has consulting
experience,
preferably working with CRM software.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidate is a cross-functional ¡®swiss-army knife¡¯ consultant
with
experience in Windows Active Directory and Server 2003, Exchange 2003,
SQL
Server 2000, SQL Reporting Services, and Microsoft CRM with a focus and
depth
in at least one of the products. They are able to identify and provide
solutions to broad, complex customer problems and issues and are adept
in
developing and fostering collaborative working relationships with
clients.
Certifications:
•Microsoft Certification in one of the following: MCSE, MCDBA, MCT,
or
MCSA.
•Developer oriented certifications or candidates with only MCP
certification
will NOT be considered.
Experience Levels:
•Have 2 years experience deploying and administering Windows Server
2003
Active
Directory and servers
•Have 2 years experience administering SQL Server 2000 deployments
•Working knowledge of ancillary network and database tools and
concepts.
Other Requirements and Preferences:
•Proven organizational skills and self-starter
•Must have a car and able to work at a variety of client sites
•Must be fluent in English
•Previous North American consulting experience
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as
a
team
