Come join Zen Sifu Master Henry at the Sunshine Zen Center for a summer meditation retreat. This is the perfect opportunity to grow, deepen and expand your meditation practice.

By Donation : There is no cost for joining the meditation retreat. All food and lodging are provided totally for free. If you find the experience to be good and wish to support the center, donations are most welcome and beneficial.

Timetable：
5:00 AM – Good Morning
5:30 – 7:00 AM – Sunrise Meditation Session
7:00 – 9:00 AM – Breakfast and Rest
9:00 – 12:00 PM – Morning Meditation Session
12:00 – 3:00 PM – Lunch and Rest
3:00 – 6:00 PM – Afternoon Meditation Session
6:00 – 8:00 PM – Diner and Rest
8:00 – 9:30 PM – Sunset Meditation Session
10:00 PM – Good Night

不一定要必须从第一天到最后一天，也可以去几天，一天也是可以的。

我想去几天，那么远，去一天也不划算吧！但我需要 Carpool，我自己开车可开不了那么远。当然会 share 汽油费、过桥费、等等。谁愿意载我去呀？

另外，请问，那里可否洗澡啊？需要带睡袋吗？谢谢！

可以洗澡。最好带睡袋。然后再有被子压上面。这样你走后，被子不用拆洗。
