首先我最先说的卖房那年的投机税是我没理解原文：
只有12月31号持有房屋的人才需要交投机税，之前卖的人不需要交投机税。而购买当年不需要交税，所以有房屋交易这年买卖双方在交了或者免除交易税的前提下都豁免投机税。

6-(2)

Unless a contrary intention appears, a reference in this Act and the regulations to an owner of a residential property in relation to a calendar year is a reference to a person who is an owner of the residential property at the end of the last day of the calendar year.

其次最大的不合理在这:

39-2-(c)

each non-arm's length tenant, if any, referred to in paragraph (a) (ii) is an individual (i)

who is a resident of British Columbia at the end of the last day of the calendar year, and (ii)whose BC income for the calendar year is equal to or greater than 3 times the annual fair market rent for the entire residential property, determined in accordance with the regulations.

虽然对给亲属住的房租没有任何要求，但是给旅游签证/长期探亲签证的父母住的房子都不符合条件，因为他们根本不是BC省居民，而且就算是居民，年收入也到不了市场房租年出租价格的三倍。假设房租市场价格一个月2000，那BC省年收入要到72000才可以豁免，这对退休的老人和刚步入职场的子女来说简直是天方夜谭，所以NDP这招高啊，高收入的可以免税，低收入的不能免税。NDP的拥趸们将来给自己的爸妈和子女买房子可要小心了哦。当然啦，我们每人有一套房子可以有2000 投机税credit，所以假设房子100万，其实你也只需要交3000刀而已，还是很贴心的，对不对？

所谓的制定法律的议员，所盘算的无非是如何修理自己不喜欢的人，让他们多交税，自己及亲属找明目捞好处，同时还管这叫为人民服务。因为多数人民都是自私自利的，乐于看到别人倒霉，哈哈。

这就是说NDP巳经把用租房给亲人来逃税的漏洞给堵死了！

只要是bc居民，就有2000 credit，不需要算。
外省居民的话，税率为1%，可以把BC省收入10%算成credit，但最多拉到和BC省居民同等税率。
外国居民的话，税率为2%，可以把BC省收入20%算成credit，但最多拉到和BC省居民同等税率。
