Fees

The UBC Dental clinic operates at reduced fees. Our fees are approximately 20 to 40% less than those in the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia Fee Guide 2000. It is important to note that there are both Student and Faculty UBC Fee guides. Depending on whether a student dentist or a licensed dentist performs the treatment, the appropriate fees would apply.

Patients with dental insurance are responsible for paying their accounts to the clinic directly and later will be reimbursed by their dental plan, except for those patients with Blue Cross Insurance coverage. Patients who qualify for government assistance should obtain the necessary authorization of eligibility before treatment begins. The clinic will collect from the government agency directly.
