受投机税影响的人都特别关心投机税，一早就研究对策如何可以豁免，并且申报了

反倒是很多本地人，根本跟投机税八杆子打不着的，以为不需要申报，或者根本不知道要申报，反而倒是收到投机税税单了，然后昏倒了

很多老外从来就不关心房地产新闻，不知道必须申报的本地人多了去了

真是无知，任何房子的屋主都必须申报！

出租可以豁免，但是必须申报！

说起来lz还算是关心房地产的，连这么基本的知识都不知道。是不是英文太烂的原因？
