南极: 南极都要交税?川普荒谬征税催生多款"企鹅迷因"

美国总统川普（Donald Trump）4月2日宣布“对等关税”计划。其中赫德岛和麦克唐纳群岛（Heard and McDonald Islands）这一无人类居住、靠近南极、有4种企鹅的澳洲海外领土，也被荒谬徵税10%。网络因此出现企鹅迷因（Meme），以嘲讽川普关税政策连企鹅也难幸免。

川普2日宣布新一轮关税后，其中一张迷因以川普和乌克兰总统泽连斯基（Volodymyr Zelenskyy）的2月28日争吵为背景，只不过图中泽连斯基形象变成一只企鹅。

此外，川普对罗福岛（Norfolk ）徵收29%的关税也令人费解。罗福岛是太平洋一小块澳洲海外领土，人口略多于2,000人。
