False. Lots of multi-million-dollar house owners are ordinary people from low-income families. It is the only problem for younger generations with low to medium income families. It is not lack of enough housing in fact. It is the problem that lots of people take much more than average square-footage of living space without be available for rental market. There are still lots of senior couples living in big single houses after their kids left. More living space must be released by either incentives or legal legislation. More new housing costs too much and cannot solve problem quickly. 贊 1 踩 3 回復 0
