We may have experiences from traffic congestion. The governments built newer and wider highways due to traffic congestion on older and narrower highways. At the beginning, all drivers were super happy enjoying much smoother traffic. Over the time, more and more drivers came to those highways. The traffic congestion came back again with much bigger scales. After that, drivers started to avoid those highways again.
