In the mind of the Westerners, the dead was always a good guy who would never deserve being killed. Under the 2nd Amendment, legal guns can be carried legally in the public. People believe that he had the constitutional rights to carry the legal gun in this case. However, can this right be used for all situations and locations? Obviously, not. Lots of situations and locations are not allowed to carry guns which are even legally registered, such as courts. 放P！🇺🇸憲法第二修正案賦予公民合法擁槍的權力，禁止公民攜槍上路嗎？那在學校荷槍可以嗎？ICE看見被害人攜槍，下意識應該認為被害人是公民還是非移？貌似ICE“頭大無腦”。ICE可以給被害人上銬。即使被害人沒帶槍證或ID，由槍碼即可核實其公民身份。被害人已被制服在地，沒有絲毫用槍襲擊ICE。ICE槍殺公民犯的是重罪。無關左右。關乎“自由民主”社會的公平正義。贊踩回復 0
