Most of our Canadians are so proud of being generous as this is our value and our tradition. However, it is acceptable when we are still rich and economy is still strong. We can see lots of tax dollars are donated to HELP other countries like Ukraine to maintain the international image of Canada. We still have lots of Canadians need HELP and have deficit.
