每个队有14人,如果有受伤队员,可以最多放2人在IR里面而不占出场阵容,所以最多16人,在其中:

Center (C):	2
Left Winger (LW):	2
Right Winger (RW):	2
Defenseman (D):	3
Goalie (G):	2

Bench (BN): 3
Injured Reserve (IR): 2

12队循环赛,8队出线打季后赛。每周两队head to head的时候,这一周里面,每场上场队员的表现总合,细分为下面15个类别,赢一个类别得2分,平得一分,输0分。常规赛31场比完后总分前8出线,季后赛两队一对一淘汰赛。
