rogers的prepaid计划, 可以使用day/week pass在smart phone上网吗? 比如window mobile手机 / iphone4.

平时电话是在是很少很少........ voice plan是在是浪费...用上面的pass偶尔上上网也不是很贵--比如出去旅游是需要上网查个资料,email啥的.

请教各位iphone4达人:
1) 新用户如果和fido/rogers/bell/telus在电话上/网上签了合同,在去apple store买的iphone4,是解锁的还是锁定到手机公司的?
如果是锁定到公司的,现在能解锁吗 (这样回国也能临时用用啊)?
2) 如果从apple store/私人那里买了iphone4,再去和手机公司签约3年,还能拿到500$的补贴吗? (659$ - 159$ = 500$)
3) bell/telus的iphone4也是用sim卡的吗?
4) 我平时电话打的很少(每月几十分钟吧),上网也就是看看新闻/小说/天气啥的,估计data流量小于100M吧. 这种情况, 签哪家好呢? 还是直接买个unlocked的不签约更划算?
