四元理發太多，得了腱鞘炎，有什麼方法嗎？

在公眾市場打工，理發太多導致得了腱鞘炎，只好辭工自己做，我現在一個人帶孩子又不能不做，想請問有沒有好的方法治療？謝謝大家
