枸杞猪肝汤

今天发现有久违的枸杞卖,而非常嫩绿,是少见的无刺厚叶品种,2.99/大扎;於是买了2扎,顺便买了猪肝;
我喜欢它独有的微苦回甘味道,有补虚益精,生津解渴,清肝明目的食疗!
很嫩綠
葉子很丰富
脫下葉的莖可插技種殖;我加幾片生姜
滾20分鐘撈起棄掉,加入用鹽油酒略醃了一下的豬肝煮滾...
再加入枸杞葉,再滾時即可享用,也可以此時加入蛋液成蛋花湯
