Another piece of good advice I read from Hal Urban's Life's Greatest Lessons
"There are two common mistakes we make regarding failure. The first is trying too hard to avoid it. If we are afraid to fail, we play it so safe that we never take any risks. But risk is both an important part of success and a necessary condition of growth.
The second mistake we make is to allow failure to defect us. We get angry, frustrated, disappointed, discouraged. And too often, we give up and quit. I am not saying these feelings are not valid or real. There is nothing wrong with suffering after a big flop.Confucius said, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fail."
