新屋楼梯底太低,60 inch, 放不下 hot water tank, builder 建议利用radiant heating boiler and heat exchanger 代替。请问有何利弊？

去过了，那里的人不懂。华辉电器的技师很不错，说也可以，但不够先进。我想看看有没有人用过，来点第一手的信息
