    加币还是美金？

    一是需要上网先激活你的卡，顺带查余额（卡上有网址）

    加币的直接在这里所有可以使用visa卡的商店使用

    美金。再美国买东西，寄到美国边境。然后就可以申请rebate，就是这个卡。

    You have to activate first. Works the same as Canadian Prepaid visa. You just use it as you are using the real Visa.

    You might have to put the name of the card as the name when you put info in the web.
