When I sumitted the passport application form for my son this morning, I had to come back to get one more document. Then I went back and parked around the same parking area where I parked the first time.
After I finished the application, I found a parking violation tickent on my windshield indicating my paking was over 3 hours.
I guess they started to count my parking time since I came there the first time because the second time only took me about 2 hours.
