買了個netgrear的東西,rebate回來一張visa prepaid credit card。花光了直接扔掉就行了吧?

白癡的costco營業員把我一張沒有余額的American Expressd的 gift card收去了,說規定是這樣,那卡上還有我的名字。有沒有其他同學有相同的經歷?其他地方都不收用完的卡的。
