自從telus推行Customers First作為核心戰略以來,用戶投訴明顯下降。

據CCTS(Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services)發布的2011-2012報告:

用戶投訴:
telus 下降13%,

同期:
Bell 升17.1%
Rogers 升112.6
Shaw 升350%

shaw很悲催。
